About Me…
I am Brooke. I am a mother, wife, sister and a daughter. I live locally in the Adelaide metro area and seek out any opportunity to go camping and fishing. I have two gorgeous boys whom I adore and they undoubtedly drive my passion for my work.
I am a paediatric occupational therapist and developmental educator and have worked in paediatric developmental and mental health services across SA for the last 15 years. I am fascinated by early infant and child development and am a self-proclaimed ‘child development nerd’.
I am experienced in supporting babies and children who are presenting with developmental delays, disabilities and/or emotional difficulties. I have trained in a range of therapeutic modalities (my favourites are listed below) but believe wholeheartedly that the key to any effective intervention is ongoing collaboration with parents and caregivers who have the deepest relationships with the child.
I believe that parents have the most influential impact on their child’s development and wellbeing. I work in partnership with caregivers to provide therapy approaches that empower parents to support the development and wellbeing of their little one.
